MK1620-H/MK1632CNCcylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding the outer clrcle and ond face of a certain number of multi-step shafts, and for grinding camshaft, crankshaft. gear shaft, rotor
shaft and other parts in the gearbox. The machine can ensure one-time clamping and can grind the outer circle and end face of multi-stop shaft. Because the machine is equipped with a radial
aulomatic measuring instrument, an axial end face detection device, a high-performance CNC system, it ensures the accuracy of the grinding parts and achieves the high speed, efficiency and high reliability of the machine.

● Precision Roller Guide
To improve the rigidity under load and side load and the ideal geometric size of the raceway, the axial guide of the roller support adopts high precision grade, and has high bearing capacity and hlgh rigidity. It improves the rigidity under load and side load and the ideal raceway geometry.
● Dynamic And Static Spindle
The middle thrust main shaft is adopted, and the main shaft is subject to normalization, tempering, carburizing, hardening and cryogenic treatment (below zero centigrade). The hardness is greater than HRC62and then subject to precision grinding: rough grinding, medium grinding, fine grinding and polishing. Polishing is to ensure ultra-precision surface, improve and stabilize the service life of the spindle, and ensure no deformation during use.
