● Main Uses and Application Range
1 This machine tool is primarily used for grinding workpiece outer diameters and stepped shafts, enabling multi-process high-precision machining in a single clamping operation.
2 The machine utilizes high-rigidity precision castings, which undergo high-temperature tempering and -120° cryogenic aging treatment, ensuring excellent stability and providing reliable support for grinding operations.
3 Machine parameter setting and dressing are performed via CNC programming.
4 The machine tool employs a hardened guideway for the Z-axis and a linear guideway for the X-axis, with manual scraping to enhance lubricity and wear resistance. The feed reciprocating screw is replaced by a linear motor with a linear scale.
5 The feed system of the machine tool is controlled by a servo system with three-axis coordinated motion. The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, enabling stepless speed regulation.
6 The headstock employs a torque motor with a precision circular grating for indexing.
7 The machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed cover, offering a sleek and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
