The sequence and process of mechanical processing and installation.
Author:
Issues to pay attention to when installing detailed machining sequences:
1. When arranging detailed machining sequences, it is necessary to follow the basic principles of "first face then hole" and "first rough then fine."
2. Determine the tool point and tool change point; once determined, it is not suitable to change.
3. For hole systems with high coaxiality requirements, all processing of that hole system should be completed after one positioning, before processing hole systems at other coordinate positions. This can eliminate errors generated during repeated positioning and improve the coaxiality of the hole system.
4. Process according to the concentrated tool procedures, which can effectively avoid the repeated use of the same tool, reducing the number of tool changes and the time taken.
High-quality components are used in testing equipment and instruments across various industries, mainly applied in the instrument and meter industry in the domestic market.
Compared to ordinary mechanical manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing has a higher technical content in products (design and production), good processing equipment, high added value, and sales often show characteristics of small batch differentiation.
Stainless steel materials used for machining mechanical parts:
1. The material should have moderate hardness; it should be at least one grade lower than the hardness of the machine part, and the selection of materials should be based on the function of the processed component.
2. The hardness requirement for materials varies by application; in some cases, the higher the hardness, the better, but it is limited by the hardness requirements of the machine parts. The processed material cannot be too hard; if it is harder than the machine part, it cannot be processed.
